一、基面处理
basic level disposal
1．基面的要求
requirement of basic level
⑴对于刚建成的新墙，需要充分养护，干燥；对于已受潮剥离的旧墙，则需重新做底层批荡。
new wall need to be maintenance and desiccation ;old
wall affected by damp and
peeled off need to be re-make bottom finish
⑵基面应平整、洁净，不得有油污，浮灰或其它污染物。
Basic level should be smooth ,clean ,no oil and
floating ash or other contamination
⑶对旧墙体或其它基面上原有的旧涂料，应经试验确认其附著性；若附著性差，则必须彻底
铲除。 Old dope in the old wall or other basic level
should be confirmed its attached
function .if the function is bad ,must be remove it
throughly
(4)确认基面强度、平整度、酸碱性、含水率是否达到规定标准。
Confirm the intensity , smooth level, acidity and
alkalescence , containing water
or moisture of basic level whether reach to the rule
standard or not
2．验收基面的方法及标准
inspect and then accept the standard and means of
basic level
1）墙面平整度及垂直度：用 2M 长的水平尺靠墙面，凹凸不超过±2mm；
metope smooth level and uprightness degree :concave
and protruding size <= ±2mm
by the 2M plane ruler alongside the metope
2）阴阳角方正度：用直角尺检验，误差不超过±2mm
Yin-yang angle decussation degree: check it by
square, error is in ±2mm
3）基面的含水率：含水率 10%以下，PH 值 10 以下晴天时利用透明胶布平铺基面，以胶带
containing water or moisture of basic level : down
10% containing water or moisture
and PH 10, tile basic level by transparent
rubberized fabric or adhesive tape. in
sunny day
4) 封合胶布四周，经 2-4 小时后，若胶布内部呈结露现象，则基面含水率高，不宜施工。
Seal rubberized fabric ;after 2-4hours ,if the
inside rubberized fabric take on
phenomenon of dropping dew ,the results is that
containing water or moisture rate
of basic level is high ,not fit for working !
5)用目测或用仪器检测，确认基面强度、平整度、酸碱性、含水率是否达到规定标准。
Confirm the intensity , smooth level, acidity and
alkalescence , containing water
or moisture of basic level whether reach to the rule
standard or not by eyeballing
and apparatus.
3．基面施工流程

用不锈钢灰刀取适量找平腻子平整地批于墙面
Smear the levelling putty on the metope smoothly
taken by stainless steel putty knife
4．基面常见的问题及处理方法:
general problems and disposal way for basic level
1) 墙面不平整的处理方法：对墙面不平整的，先用较粗的找平腻子大致批平，再用较细
的腻子批平整，以保证墙面美观，便于涂料施工。
Disposal method of no-smooth metope : firstly ,
level approximately it by
thicker leveling putty ,and then level it by thiner
leveling putty in order to
keep metope clean and neat easy to dope construction
.
2) 阴阳角不按垂直的处理方法：阴阳角不直或不平整的先用较粗的找平腻子大批平，严
重的要先用水泥及沙混合修补后再用腻子大批平. 达到阴角、阳角垂直、平行
Disposal method of Yin-Yang angle no upright : if
the Yin-Yang angle is not upright
or not smooth ,please level it by thicker leveling
putty ;if the situation is
bad ,firstly repair it with mixture of cement and
sand ,and then level it bigly
by putty ,finally, make the Yin angle and Yang angle
is upright and parallel.
3) 墙面出现接缝和修补痕迹的处理：用水泥及沙按比例混合修补后同用腻子批平.
If it appear to have joints and repair marks in
metope ,please level it by putty
after repaired it with mixture of cement and sand
according to inverse proportion 4) 含水率高的处理方法：墙面含水率高于
10%，PH 高于 10，应延长养护期,直达标准。
If the containing water or moisture rate of metope
is higher than 10% and PH is
above 10 ,please conserve it long time until reach
to the standard.
二、底漆的施工流程

1．方法一：滚涂法；方法二：喷涂法

1）滚涂法施工

滚涂前的准备：
preparaton before rolling and smearing
1) 清除基层上的异物
clean up the eyewinker on grass roots
2) 水性底漆不用加水即可施工，如果需要涂料可加约体积量的 10%清水稀释并搅匀
water priming can be construct –not need to immit
the water into it; if need dope , can
immit 10% eau douce of total volume into it ,and
then dilute and mix uniformity
程序及要求
procedure and requirement
用羊毛滚洞将水性底漆采用交叉滚涂方法均匀滚刷两遍。
Roll and smear it two times by the method of
crossover rolling and smearing with water
priming in the wool rolling hole
厚度：30 微米 0.15KG/㎡
thickness:30 micron 0.15KG/㎡
2）喷涂法施工

施工工具：底漆喷枪 空压机
construction tool :priming lance ,air pump
喷涂前的准备
preparation before spraying and smearing
1) 清除基层上的异物

3）、采用十字交叉滚涂方法均匀喷刷两遍。

3．常见问题及处理方法
general problems and disposal method
1）、涂布不均匀： 对涂布不均匀的地方要进行修补，
coating asymmetry: mend the place of coating
asymmetry
2）、基面有接缝上底漆后任有痕迹：应对基面进行修补后再涂底漆。
If it appear to have joints in basic level and marks
after smearing priming
in basic level ,should re-smearing the priming after
mended
4．注意事项：
attention items
1) 底漆施工时，墙体温度不低于 10℃，墙面含水率小于 10%，空气湿度小于 80%
wall body temperature :>10℃ ,containing water rate
:< 10% ,air humidity :< 80% ,when
construct the priming
2) 涂布时应力求均匀。
When coating ,should keep symmetrical
3) 不符合技术要求的，修补处理。
Mend it ,if don’t fall short of the technology
requirements
4) 气温 5 以下不能施工。
Can construct it down 5℃
三、造型（勾缝）的制作

1．工具及材料：美纹纸、弹线、直尺、色笔
tool and material : ruler,pencil ,snap ping
line,nice veins paper
2．制作流程及要求 facture flow and requirements
1)、勾缝前应设计好施工的图案，
design the construction drawing before dinging
2)、按设计好勾缝大小，选择美纹纸的宽度
choose the width of nice veins paper according to
size of designed dinging
3)、按设计图案在墙面上弹出分格缝墨线，
popup black line of lattice sew according to the
design drawing in metope
4)、用纸胶带遮盖分格线内区域。同一面墙上拉通线弹直。
blot out internal area of lattice sew with adhesive
tape ,and then draw the line
upright thoroughly on the same metope
3．注意事项
attention items
1)、不需要勾缝的，不需要做这道工序。
No need to run this working procedure,if no need to
dinging
2)、勾缝大小要协调、线条要垂直。
Size of dinging should be harmonious ,and the line
should be upright
3）、封闭底漆涂布后需约 12h，才可进行。
Run it after 12hours when block out priming coating
四、质感漆的施工流程
tactile sensation lacquer construction flow
1．施工工具：不锈钢灰刀
construct tool : stainless steel knife
2．批质感漆前的准备：
preparative before slaping the lacquer
检查底漆喷涂、勾缝是否符合要求。
Check priming , spray painting ,pointing which are
all up to the mustard or
not !
3．批质感漆程序及要求：
construction flow and requirements
1)用不锈钢灰刀把涂料批到墙上，厚度约 3~5mm；
slap the painting to the wall by stainless steel
knife
2)批质感漆的厚度以粗砂粒径大小或稍小为宜，让粗砂稍突出，尽量批平整、均匀。
The thickness of lacquer is down or same the size of
open sand grain fine, let open
sand protrusion a little , smear it smooth and
equality
4．注意事项：
attention items
1）施工环境温度不能太高或空气太干燥及风力太大，以免涂料干得太快而对施工有
影响；
construction ambient temperature shouldn’t be high
or the air is too dry or wind power is
too strong , in case of make the affect for the
construction because of the painting drying so
quickly
2）涂料粘度已合适施工，建议不要再加水兑稀，以免影响涂料性能。
If the viscosity of painting have fit for the
construction ,suggest don’t dilute it by water ,in
case of affecting the function of painting
3）施工环境温度大于 5℃，空气湿度小于 80%，墙面含水率小于 10%
Construction ambient temperature is up5℃ , air
humidity is down 80% ,rate of water
content of metope is down 10%
五、制作花纹
make decorative design
1．施工工具：滚筒、木刮板、花纹模具
construction tool : roller, wooden separator,
diamond mould
2．制作花纹前的准备：
preparation before make the decorative design
先规划好预先设计的花纹图案的大小，位置、密度，深浅再开始制作
Firstly, mark out the size ,location ,density and
depth of designed decorative drawing ,and then
start to make it
3．制作花纹程序及要求：
procedure and requirements
1、 批上质感涂料后用拉毛滚筒在涂层上来回滚动，或用拉毛滚筒沾上涂料直接在墙上来回
滚动，用十字交叉法，滚出有一定规则的条纹.
Roll the roller on the coating back and forth after
smeared the lacquer ; or roll the roller touched
the painting on the wall back and forth ,roll out
certain regular streak by the cross way. 2、
滚出条纹后用光身滚筒蘸 200#汽油或煤油于漆面轻压，至凸起部分稍显平整为宜
After Rolled out the streak ,press the paint surface
lightly with gas or kerosene dipped by bare
roller ,untill the part of heave looks like smooth
4．注意事项：
attention items
1） 质感漆批后约 5 分钟（视空气湿度及气温高低等而适当缩短或延长时间），用木刮板沾
水后轻压涂料表面上、下、左、右拉或旋转等曲线运动，即可得到不同图案，如鲜花、
流星、旋涡等
Press the surface of paint lightly and make the
curvilinear motion after 5 mins when smeared the
lacquer by wooden separator , and then make the
dfferent drawing ,such as flower, meteor, vortex.
2）若觉得图案不满意，可用不锈钢灰刀再批一次后重复以上做法;
If don’t satisfy with the drawing ,can re-make it
again after smeared it by stainless steel knife
3）尽量做到一次成功。最好有两个人施工，一个批涂料另一个刮图案
Make success one time .the best plan is that one is
smearing paint and the other scraping the
drawing
六、除去胶布
Remove tapes
1．施工工具： 手工操作，美工刀

3．常见问题及处理方法
（1）喷涂完成后或喷涂过程中，每隔一小段即应撕去分格粘贴的胶带纸。
Rip out of the adhesive tape paper at once every
other distance ,when finished the spray or
during the process of spray
（2）待质感漆喷好后，用铲刀去除线条上的石彩漆，使其边角以 90 度为标准，注意
勿破坏沟纹处理成棱角状
after spraied the rock paint , remove it on the
lines with the blade
七、防水面漆施工流程
